Flash Agency is pleased to announce the signing of American Forward Allie Kubek (188cm/6’2’’), a highly versatile and experienced athlete whose collegiate career featured outstanding achievements across multiple NCAA Division I programs. Kubek most recently completed her graduate season (2025-26) at Florida State University, where she appeared in 28 games and contributed 210 points, 124 rebounds, 28 assists, 23 blocks, and 15 steals. She posted season highs of 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 blocks, showcasing her effectiveness both offensively and defensively. Before joining Florida State, she had a strong tenure at the University of Maryland, where she played pivotal roles in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. While with the Terrapins, Kubek scored in double figures in multiple games and averaged 15.7 points and 8.3 rebounds during Maryland’s NCAA Tournament run. She reached the 1,000-career-point milestone and left her mark with standout performances such as her career-high 29 points and a record-setting seven three-pointers in an NCAA Tournament First Round game against Iowa State. Kubek began her collegiate career at Towson University, earning several distinctions, including:

- All-CAA Third Team (2022)
- CAA Player of the Week (twice in 2021–22)
- All-CAA Rookie Team (2021)

She averaged 14.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game as a sophomore and delivered numerous standout performances, including a career-best 28-point game against James Madison. Originally from Delaware, Kubek was named Delaware Gatorade Player of the Year (2020) and Delaware DSCBA Player of the Year (2020) during her high school career, where she led her team to a state championship and averaged 20.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 3.7 steals per game in her senior season. With her solid experience, strong shooting ability, size, and versatility, Allie Kubek brings a powerful blend of skill and maturity to the professional level.
