Scouting Report

Εvangelia has been playing basketball since the age of 5 years old. During all these years, she took part in 7 final-6 national championships with 2 gold medals and also took third place at World Schools Championship (ISF). Furthermore, she plays for the Greek national team (U16, U18). Evangelia has many skills either offensively or defensively. At the front place, she can reach the basket easily, especially with penetrations and after dribbling shoots (3point or middle range). She can understand the game fast and decide the best option at each moment. As for defense, individually she uses her body’s advantages like long hands to steal the ball or block her opponent, but she stands out for stealing passes through team defense. In addition, Evangelia loves to make her teammates score easily and do exactly what her coaches assign to her. General characteristics are both her speed and explosion of the first step.
